WebMeant to add that I tried using the multitool as well as PythonSDK. Open BLCMM, File>Open>patch.txt, make sure everything looks correct, then save as a new file. I haven't used text mods in a while and don't remember if the name matters, but just in case name it as patch.txt and see if that helps. If it doesn't, then I don't know what else to try.
