A shorter notice can be issued in case of urgent business. Attach Agenda, Notes to Agenda and Draft Resolution with the Notice. There is no need to wait till the next meeting of the Board to get the minutes signed of the previously convened meetings. The sign of the Chairman of the respective meeting may be obtained at any time before the next meeting.
