WebA new Notice to the Profession for the Divisional Court came into effect on April 19, 2024 and was amended October 17, 2024. It updates and replaces the previous notice dated February 18, 2024. The Divisional Court will hear matters in accordance with this Notice until further notice. The Notice outlines procedures for: WebBy Notice to the Profession dated March 15, 2024, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (SCJ) advised the profession, the media and the public that, while the SCJ was suspending court operations, it would continue to hear only urgent matters in criminal, family and civil.
