WebbIn the morning I'm taking 1000UI of Vitamin D. Magnesium Bi-Glycinate has helped my anxiety and jitters greatly and also I've been getting much better sleep. The only issue I have right now is I feel quite groggy in the morning and my head feels a little foggy. Could this be to too much Magnesium Bi-Glycinate? She advised I would take 2 tablets per day, then try 3 if that didn’t do the trick, and that I could even take 6. The tablets each contain 750 mg. of magnesium though.
