Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Acquisition Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Acquisition Labs provides performance marketing and lead generation services for remodeling companies. Our services include paid acquisition, CRM and pipeline management, speed-to-lead optimization, and follow-up automation.

Service Guarantee

We guarantee 5–10 qualified in-home consultations per month. If we do not deliver this baseline, we will continue working at no additional cost until we meet this commitment. This guarantee is subject to:

• Client meeting minimum annual revenue requirements ($500K+)
• Client having active crews and capacity to take on new projects
• Client maintaining average project values of $10K–$20K
• Client's timely response to leads and follow-up on consultations

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business and services
• Respond to leads in a timely manner
• Follow recommended processes for lead management and follow-up
• Maintain the operational capacity to handle the guaranteed consultation volume
• Pay all fees according to the agreed-upon payment schedule

Payment Terms

Payment terms, pricing, and billing schedules are outlined in individual service agreements. All fees are due according to the payment schedule specified in your agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, systems, and strategies provided by Acquisition Labs remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials solely for their business operations during the term of service.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This includes business strategies, pricing information, customer data, and marketing approaches.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acquisition Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement according to the terms specified in the individual service contract. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all fees incurred up to the termination date.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Acquisition Labs LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
